Workshops meet once a week for 4 weeks. Each meeting is 90-120 minutes long. Sessions are billed to your insurance (as group health and behavior interventions, billing codes 96164/96165) through UW Medicine.

Focuses on: overview of MS, work and medical leave, uncertainty, nutrition and lifestyle
